Over the past 2 years, my practice has evolved significantly as I’ve shifted towards a more clinically focused approach to massage therapy. With a growing number of new clients joining me on this journey, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share what Cornish Massage & Wellbeing is all about.
Kylie
Hi, I’m Kylie — founder of Cornish Massage & Wellbeing. I started this business nearly 10 years ago after leaving the Royal Navy to care for our young children.
Back then, I never imagined that massage therapy would become such a deep passion — or that it would ignite a lifelong love of learning. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients, peers, and teachers. Every day, I feel grateful to help people reduce their pain, move more freely, and return to doing the things they love.
As a Jing Method therapist, my approach is grounded in the biopsychosocial model — which means I consider both the physical and emotional aspects of your health. Pain isn’t just about the body; it’s often closely linked to what’s going on in the mind and life overall.
