Having been through an early miscarriage myself I can concur with the mix of physical, mental and emotional feelings that arise, not only after the loss but in the following weeks and months.

Thankfully post miscarriage support in midwives, support groups and counsellors are becoming more readily available to be at hand in a time of need. This also extends to specialised massage therapists. Please remember you are not alone on this journey.

When can I have a massage after miscarriage?

It is important to speak to your Dr before seeking any treatment and also important to listen to your own body.

How many treatments would you recommend?

It is important to remember this is a journey and the body needs time to recover and process what has happened. For the best results we recommend 3 to 6 treatments.

The first 30 minutes of the first treatment will be a consultation where we can discuss what has happened, what is happening to your body and how we can aid you.
